I can’t speak highly enough about Phillip.Everything was arranged via email/ phone as I live in Bunbury, great communication and such a hassle-free process.The car was ready for delivery prior to my specified time.He explained the processes in an easy to understand manner and came across as a trustworthy person and dealer.

I've had a wonderful experience at Gardner's. Ryan has been wonderful with helping me with setting up my car systems. Blue tooth etc.

Everyone in the dealer was friendly, helpful and calling me almost every day to sell their TOYOTA HIACE van and now I have an issue with supposed to be comes with SERVICE BOOKLET which mentioned in their advertisement and trying to call them everyday they will not pickup my calls or would not reply to emails and if i go there then they will ask for an Appointment and gives me PROMISES. BEWARE of their sweet tongue but they wont keep their PROMISES. I should give them XERO STAR rating..

I recently purchased a late model Astra RSV that supossedly had had a 100Point check. Im not really sure what that means, but 4 weeks later this is what Ive found, cabin air filter completely blocked and will be sent back to them, illegal tyre on the rear, it has been run flat and has been plugged as have a front tyre, both need to be replaced, minor accident damage on rear quarter panel that has been poorly repaired, not neccesarely by BG.I made it quite clear to the salesman that I did not want to purchase any extended warranty nor body protection but had yes had to go through the process anyway. So altogether not a good experience.

Clear communication, I Bought a car from Gardner Auto's back in October from Victoria, when it arrived it was not quite as I expected, I called them up said I there are a couple of things not working. They refunded me all the money I spent no questions ask. I will deal with them again in the future .

November 2021, I decided to purchase a new MUX and had emailed and visited a few Isuzu dealers around not just Perth but WA. Called the new car sales person at Gardner's in Cannington and was told that I could get my new car within 4 months maximum 6. I then questioned the time frame as all other dealers that I was in contact with (5) told me a minimum of a year. Looking back now, I was told, in my opinion lies just to put a name on a contract. So, myself and the sales person agreed in writing that if my new car did not arrive before September 2022 that Gardner's would give me a loan vehicle until my new MUX arrived. Giving them 10 months to get me my car that they promised in 6. Fast forward to September when I called the same salesperson up asking when is it possible to pick up the loan vehicle that was promised to me in writing. I was then told that they didn't have a vehicle to give me , at the time, they had over 200 in their yard , this is what was agreed on in the contract. I was then told that my car would be ready in April 2023. January 2023, I called up the same sales person again and asked if my car was still going to be delivered in April. The response was as it's going to be here next week, given me very little time to get my finances arranged. 15 months from the day I put pen to paper and never once did I ever receive a call from the sales person about dates been pushed back(3) times or not committing to the contract we have agreed on. I know companies are making cars as fast as they can and I'm not the only one that's ordered a car but to never have a representative from Gardner's call me about the delays is very poor. Delivery day, and I'm in the showroom looking over my car, and the salesperson is walking around 30 minutes before he could acknowledge me . The hangover was so poor I now have a new car with all the bells and whistles on it, and I don't know what any of them are for. A quarter tank of fuel, and we agreed to a full tank . The car was dirty and had glue on most of the panels on pickup. Long story shot: If you are looking for any kind of customer service, don't go to Gardner's for a new Isuzu and worst experience I have ever had. What was meant to be a joyful experience was a disaster

Gardner Autos has never failed my family with providing the best pricing on cars and customer service. We bought a Suzuki in April 2023 from Matthew P, and have just gone back to get a second Suzuki from him. Matt is a fantastic salesman. He is friendly, genuine and not pushy. He listened to our needs and budget, he advised us accordingly showing us all our options, he is dedicated to delivering good customer service. We highly recommend Gardner Autos and Suzuki, especially Matt!

Wanting to express my thanks to the Gardner Autos Service Team staff members.Thank you for the professionalism, patience and understanding shown by Service Advisor (Melinda Barry) who initially took my query over the phone. On recognizing the clients concerns on their recently purchased investment, has without hesitation, scheduled for a technician to inspect at my convenience.Thanks also to Technician (Luke Hamilton) who inspected the vehicle and worked in with the client on a professional and personal level to eliminate the problem, resulting in my better understanding of the mechanics of the vehicle and reassuring the clients peace of mind.I would have no hesitation in servicing my investment at Gardner Autos knowing that my vehicle will be cared for in the same manner as I do.

I’m not usually one to complain but when a company says they will do something and they then don’t, it’s frustrating and as the consumer you lose out. Overall our buying experience was good, Luke was v helpful whilst we looked at the car and test drive. He was even really understanding when we had 2 tired kids and had to make the purchase quickly. However, we were told the car would be fully valeted before it was delivered to us (again, delivery v helpful!) but it feels like a duster has been used to go over the dash and controls but there is no deep valet as promised. There are marks still all over the roof of the interior, dog hair in the central cup holder and some other marks around the boot area that would come off with a damp sponge. While I recognise it’s a used car and there is a fair amount of wear and tear, when a customer is told the car will be fully valeted I do expect this service to be upheld and so I am a little disappointed to see these marks and the dirt. Again, overall it was a fairly smooth purchasing process just this last bit let them down.
