we were told our clutch had to be replaced for over $2000 and it wasn't going to be replaced under our new car warranty. Envirotune in Greenfields looked at the same car, the clutch was able to be used for another 40km but the new clutch costs around $1200. Front counter needed to have more training in this position in this field. Everyone in the garage needed to have more communication with eachother as front counter had lack of information and knowledge. we also were led to believe we had to get new clutch when we didnt and I did expect a bigger garage to have cheaper parts than a smaller garage. Envirotune in Greenfields is good so have a look

I had a booking for 7:30 am for the first service of my car. Booking confirmed by a message from the company. It was advised over the phone at the time of booking that the service takes appr 40 mins. It's 9:10 am as I am writing this review. Still waiting for my car. Because it's the office that opens at 7:30

Absolutely shocked at the lack of communication and competence in the dealership and their service department. To say this branch has let me down is an understatement. I received my car after an incredibly fumbled and miscommunicated 3 month waiting period which due to the salespersons trigger happy misinformation had me without a car for 2 of those months, 6 months after I had gotten my car I unfortunately was caught in a flash flood and at the next opportunity drove my car back to Suzuki Mandurah to get checked over, they frantically told me my car was undrivable and that I would need a full engine replacement, they then informed me that if I had gotten my insurance to go through them and their service centre my warranty would remain unaffected, however this was not the case. First I’ll start with the engine replacement. My brand new car that had a “brand new engine” would hard start every day, obviously this brought concern and I returned the car to the dealership, they failed to fault my car in various visits over the course of 6 months. The service team was so clueless that they believed a “hard start” was normal for a brand new car and happens regularly.. if it wasn’t for several videos I had emailed them and the receptionist who witnessed and videoed my car first hand, the mechanics would have continued to tell me my car is fine. During this whole process they told me they would have to reopen the insurance case as my car was no longer under warranty as they didn’t replace all components on the engine, completely negating the reason I convinced my insurer to go through them in the first place. Do not waste your money. Do not waste your time. Go and see qualified mechanics who know that they’re doing. Meadow Springs motors had my car for just over two weeks and within that time they were able to diagnose and fix the problem. If it was for this branch I would probably have a broken and unsafe car for a long time to come.

Customer service has always been a highlight for me at Suzuki Mandurah, however yesterday someone slipped up. Waited for almost 2 hours for a phone call to let me know the service on my car was finished. Local pickup driver was not advised to pick me up and I was waiting at the Forum. Come on guys get back to where you used to be.

I must say loyal to the lack of staff training providing information that was already given to them happy to charge until you question the service provided. Overall would not recommend this place as happy to charge for a service based upon what u tell them.

Mandurah Suzuki so called service department have so little actual technical knowledge they rely solely on information from their scan tool and do no actual physical investigations, wasting customers time and money.

If you ever see those cars on the side of the road upside down and burnt they were probably serviced at Mandurah Suzuki. The service department has about as much mechanical knowledge as a pigeon. The sales department aren’t any better.Go somewhere else.

Told me the head gasket had blow on my Suzuki and it was going to cost over $3000 to repair. When inspected by another mechanic the head gasket is fine, the oil is coming from the rocker cover and much cheaper fault to fix. Either trying to rip of customers or incompetent mechanics. There was no other signs that is was the head gasket only sign was leaking oil that had dripped down from above.Update: so the fault codes were caused by a part called the canister which cost me $10.60 it had a split on the connector that was letting too much air into the engine causing the fault codes. Mandurah Suzuki jumped to conclusions about the head gasket. The car had no other signs of gasket blown apart from a couple of fault codes, the car did not over heat, it did not loose coolant, it did not have emissions in the radiator. It did have an oil leak which wasn't coming from the head gasket.Another Update: done 265000Km now and the head gasket is still fine.
