We bought a Suzuki in April 2023 from Matthew P, and have just gone back to get a second Suzuki from him. Matt is a fantastic salesman. He is friendly, genuine and not pushy. My Jimny purchase is underway.Ryan Clarke (who holds the record of having sold the greatest number of Jimny’s in Australia) was extremely responsive, responding to my queries even on a Sunday!Business Manager John Neilsen managed to obtain a competitive interest rate for my car loan.Aftercare/Pre-delivery Manager Kelly Priest sold me a 5-year unlimited kilometre extended warranty which covers even wear and tear of components! Also having the flexibility of getting my car serviced by my own mechanic. The extended warranty is identical to the manufacturer’s warranty and their claim process/payouts have been excellent.The genuine accessories are expensive; however, costs of these and the extended warranty can be added on to your car loan, thus not having to pay upfront.Its peace of mind to be buying a Jimny with a 10-year unlimited kilometre warranty.

I picked up my brand new Suzuki Swift from Gardner Suzuki today and the whole experience was absolutely amazing!
