I purchased my first brand new car from Melville Suzuki after reading the reviews on Google. I didn't want the hassle of a pushy car salesmen as I just wanted the process to be an enjoyable and exciting one and not feel like I was being pressured into something I didn't want. I can safely say that the team at Melville Suzuki made me feel very comfortable. I enjoyed the experience and was very eager to make my first real 'adult' purchase. We had Paul help us through the process - He was exceptional. Very easy going , fantastic customer service, didn't pressure me into anything I didn't want and had fabulous communication even after the deal was made in regards to delivery and helping with my personalised plates making sure they were all changed over ready to go. Dealing with Paul definitely made the experience a lot more relaxing for me.I do want to leave some disappointing feedback regarding the finance lady. She was very rude and forceful. After having a such a wonderful experience with Paul we were then taken to see the finance lady, she didn't introduce herself to us, or congratulate me on the purchase of my car unlike the rest of the staff who all said congratulations as I walked past. I had to tell her that I had decided to get a loan from the bank and not use their finance but she made myself and my partner both feel like we didn't have a choice and that I had to finance through her, after telling her multiple times that we had the loan ready to go she got very frustrated with us and after I paid my deposit she ended up just showing us the door so we could leave. Unfortunately that was the attitude we were trying to avoid by coming to Melville Suzuki. But other than that, we had fantastic service from everyone and I absolutely love my new car!

Customer service 0 - no apology for making me wait.Punctuality 0- they had a whole day to service the car and still made me wait an hour after agreeing on a pick up time. Ps the car was dropped the day before the service.Organisation 0- one safety part was told to be replaced at the time of the service, however it wasn’t even available and now I have to wait 2 more weeks.

We purchased a new Swift for my wife, Steve Storey made the purchase very straight forward.He is very professional and not pushy, he explained everything in an easy to understand format, and he was a pleasure to complete the purchase from.We would highly recommend Steve and Melville Suzuki.

I have a Swift that I take to Melville Suzuki for servicing. As usual, my last service was spot on. They provided a car while mine was in service which was great and very convenient.The service was prompt and they completed it on time. Aidan Hanlon, the service manager, was fantastic and looked after me very well. I love the extra attention to detail. From my first experience purchasing my car from Steve, to my regular services through Aidan, I cant imagine taking my car anywhere else!

Some nice cars here, especially the totally funky looking new Vitara.But really, when I go out to buy a brand new car, I don't want to be left standing with nobody bothering to come and serve me. On two separate occasions now. And it's not like there were any other customers there.Ah well. So my money went to Subaru instead.

The most pleasant car buying experience EVER. Natasha made us feel at ease, was not pushy in any way and was aware of what we were after. My wife was not expecting to purchase when we first arrived, but Natasha's personality and professionalism, sealed the deal. Do not go here under any circumstances. I have been buying new cars all around perth for the last 30 years, never have I ever had such bad service at this dealer. They refused to do a minor job under new car warranty without even looking at the car. If there was a zero star rating I would give it. Service department staff seem like it is an effort just to ansewer phone calls. Will never return.

Called multiple times trying to get a quote from their parts department, I've been told they will send the quote or call me back and still no quote.

Steve Storey helped me buy my brand new Jimny and I could not recommend him enough. We encountered a few issues but Steve dealt with each issue promptly and ensured that I was able to get my car ASAP. He made this experience so enjoyable for me! Highly recommend Steve from the Melville Suzuki Team! I’m sure I will be back!
