We dealt with Alain Malissar at Goldy Suzuki. We live far away from this dealer but chose them because of Alain. The other dealers made a lot of fuss with buying a new car and trading in the old one. We are very busy and were not keen to travel back and forth or dealing with multiple people. Alain made everything super easy over the phone and email. We sent him photos of the trade-in car, told him exactly what car we wanted, and he's arranged everything for us with a good price. He dealt with the buyers for trade-in and arranged good price and accessories for the new car. Alain is very efficient and competent. We contacted him first on Thursday and drove away in the new car on Saturday, it was that simple. We'll be back for the teenager's first car.

Purchased a new vehicle from Goldy Suzuki Midland and was looked after by Salesperson Bill. His customer service was truly amazing. Beware. I had not signed a contract but merely put down some money so they could try to get me a car. The young rep told me they couldn't get me a car for a few weeks and said I could have my deposit back if I chose not to go ahead. So I went out and bought a car elsewhere on the very same day, and called Goldy's to get my deposit back. The Goldy's manager overrode his rep and refused to give me back my money. After months of argument the manager finally gave me back only half of that deposit.Do not trust them.Edited to add: Goldy's replied to my review and lied again. I had NOT signed any contract and was told by the rep that I would be able to have my deposit back.

Big shout out to Daniel Farzad.Enquired online and Daniel messaged me back straight away. Really nice guy, not pushy and honest which made me feel looked after. Test drive a Vitara and showed me all the features before and after. Really top guy. Thanks heaps mate.

This does not waive your legal obligations to uphold Australian Consumer Rights, which go beyond the STAT WARRANTY as a registered dealership they should know this. Especially as the car can't be repaired when there are no parts available and has major faults. This response is indicative of the whole business trying to avoid their legal obligations. Beware, do not buy from here!I refrained from writing this post before the dealership had had every opportunity to address and rectify the issue away from the public eye. I would give ZERO stars if I could. Do not buy from this dealership. They sold me a complete LEMON. It broke down within 5 months of purchase, and it needs a whole new engine now! I haven't had it or any other vehicle in replacement since last December. Every staff member has been dismissive and unhelpful with generic responses feigning caring. Offering no help or solutions. Trying to wash their hands of the Unsafe and unroadworthy vehicle with major faults they sold me. Despite being in direct breach of Australian Consumer Laws. They will hound you for the sale, push an Extended Warranty, and then dissappear when there are issues. I don't know how they have this review status on Google. It is definitely not reflective of their products, service, aftercare, or professionalism. Each time, they pass me onto someone new who does absolutely nothing. I am shocked that any business would operate like this. Underhanded manipulative sales tactics! Avoid at all costs.
